This Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding cancellation of orders placed on Mass SMM Panel.
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in Pending status and have not started processing.
Once an order has started processing or has been partially delivered, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Instant start services cannot be cancelled after payment, as they begin processing automatically.
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing starts, the amount will be refunded back to your panel balance (not external payment methods).
Orders placed with incorrect usernames, links, or details cannot always be cancelled. Users are responsible for entering correct information.
Repeated cancellation abuse may result in restrictions on your account or service access.
Some high-speed or API-based services do not support cancellation due to automatic processing systems.
